Over a dozen dead after stampede at illegal party in Peru Advocates Chandigarh

Thirteen people died in a stampede in Lima, Peru, after police raided an illegal party. Large social gatherings are currently banned in Peru and there is a nationwide 10 p.m. curfew in place due to coronavirus restrictions. Several attendees and victims subsequently tested positive for the virus. CNN's Stefano Pozzebon reports.
